Privacy policy

This policy explains what Pecan Hollow Landscape Co. LLC (“Pecan Hollow,” “we”) collects when you use pecanhollow.co, how we use it and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, city, the kinds of work you’re interested in, your budget range and your message.
• Basic analytics. We use privacy-focused analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use advertising cookies or build a profile of you across other sites.
• Server logs. Our host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited time.

We don’t use advertising pixels, chat widgets or session recording, and we don’t load maps or review widgets from third parties.

How we use it

We use contact details only to respond to your request, schedule a site walk, prepare a proposal and, if you hire us, run your project and honor your warranty. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business: our website host, the system that receives form submissions, and our email and project management tools. Each handles data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of your warranty plus the period required for tax and business records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@pecanhollow.co or calling (830) 555-0147. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
