These terms cover your use of pecanhollow.co, operated by Pecan Hollow Landscape Co. LLC. By using the site you agree to them. Work we perform for you is governed by your signed proposal and contract, not by this page.

Prices and information on this site

Prices, ranges and timelines on this site are typical figures from past projects, shared to help you plan. They aren’t offers or quotes. Your price is the fixed price in your written, signed proposal, which is based on a visit to your property.

Photos and project details

Project photos and descriptions show work we’ve completed. Plants grow and materials weather, so finished projects look different over time. Client names are shortened to protect privacy, and quotes are shared with permission.

No contract until signed

Sending the contact form or speaking with us doesn’t create a contract. A contract exists only when you and Pecan Hollow both sign a proposal. Warranty terms are set out in that proposal and summarized on our FAQ page.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logo and designs on this site belong to Pecan Hollow. You’re welcome to share links. Please don’t reuse our photos or copy for commercial purposes without permission. Plans and renders we prepare for you are licensed to you for your property as described in your design agreement.

Links to other sites

We link to city, utility and map sites for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent Texas law allows, Pecan Hollow isn’t liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. Always confirm permit and watering rules with your city or utility; we do this as part of every project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in Comal County, Texas.
